Ideal Taste Omega

MEMORIES of cod liver oil and malt as a child meant that initially, I was a bit reluctant to try Ideal Omega Taste. Added to this, the thought of a fruit and fish combo made my throat close up.

Yes, Ideal Omega Taste comes in different flavours you wouldn’t normally associate with fish oil. I went for the mango and peach. After shaking the bottle as directed, a thick gloopy yet smooth liquid emerged.  Vibrant in colour, the smell hits you immediately - a burst of fresh fruit. I mixed it into porridge and on another occasion, stirred it into Greek yoghurt. Having prepared myself for the worst, I was delighted to find that it wasn’t that bad. In fact it was, dare I say, delicious?

It’s not often things that are good for us actually taste good too, but Ideal Taste have somehow go the formula spot on. You only need to have a squeeze a day to get your RDA of fish oil so a bottle priced at £18.99 will last you for ages. That is if you don’t keep going back for another squeeze...
