A bag of double cheddar and onion was passed around the Confidential office earlier this week and received much praise. Not only was it a flavour which worked surprisingly well on popcorn, but one pack weighed in at an impressively slim 123 calories. They still contain fat and sugar of course, but less than most packets of crisps and if popcorn's your thing these are just as tasty as the full fat version.
