In what’s been a jam packed week of awards and events in the city, Emporio Armani saved the best ‘til last with their launch party at the new store in Spinningfields. The event drew huge attention with the store's adverts being played on giant screens at the red carpeted entrance. Guests, including Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini, Tim and Rebecca Cahill, David Platt, Stuart Graham, Brian Kidd, Micah Richards and Adam Johnson, entered the store amid dramatic smoke machines and a heavily guarded front of house team, armed with clip boards of course.
Inside, the sleek first addition to The Avenue was every bit as luxurious as it claims to be with menswear, womenswear, casual wear, sportswear, leather accessories, watches, eyewear, and jewellery on display in the stores two floors.
The cocktail party continued into the night with guests being led out of the building and through to a side entrance which guided them to the third floor office space. Upstairs, the space had been designed into a carpeted club with rock band Everything Everything playing a setfrom their newly launched album Man Alive. View our photo gallery of the event below...
