Manchester Loves Fashion Event

FEW cities in the UK love style as much as we do – and Manchester Loves Fashion is shaping up to be THE show of the season. This celebration of all things chic and gorgeous is being hosted by the Triangle shopping centre in the city centre. It's happening for one night only, on Thursday 1 December and guests can enjoy a package of cool that takes in everything from vintage style to cutting-edge contemporary design, bespoke fragrances to must-have denim.

With a live, professional catwalk show and a host of opportunities for picking up that glitzy something for the party season, the first-ever Manchester Loves Fashion event is set to be a smash. And right at the heart of proceedings is the grand finale of our modelling competition. In association with Boss Model Management this year's winner will be announced live on stage, in front of the Manchester Loves Fashion audience.

Boss Model Management is world famous, representing ethereal beauties like Karen Elson. Manchester Confidential last joined forces with the agency in 2007 when local girl, Nicole Bailey,  won our modelling competition and secured a place on Boss's books. Like many of this year's entrants, Nicole was an 'unknown' before entering - so a lack of professional experience in front of the camera shouldn't stop you if you fancy your chances in the spotlight. Limited numbers of tickets for Manchester Loves Fashion are on sale now, and guests of the event will have exclusive access to a portfolio of stalls with huge discounts and savings on offer. Included in the line up is a showcase from 3 Eleven, a denim 'library' showcasing the hottest labels from LA and beyond . Fashion-forward party wear from Unconditional and So in Fashion give you the chance to snap up something unique alongside classic pieces from East, Jigsaw. In terms of accessories and beauty products, choose from Fatz K's costume jewellery or whip up a fragrant storm at The Perfume Studio – with more to be confirmed shortly.

All guests will enjoy drinks on arrival, a mini-makeover and photo shoot with Piranha Studios, the chance to sample a range of pampering treatments as well as go home with a fabulous goodie bag pack with sunglasses, discount vouchers and beauty samples. 

And the Triangle is the perfect location. This historic, converted Victorian Corn Exchange is in the city centre, opposite the Big Wheel. Home to exclusive, local and aspirational brands, this is a unique chance to check out some of the stores after hours, and have a stylish night out while you're at it.
