2. Is the coaching program more suited to beginners or seasoned exercisers?

I've worked with everyone from people who are just starting out to highly advanced trainees. The methods I use range from beginner to elite. I assess you as an individual and then provide you with programming that will challenge you at your level – beginner or advanced.

3. I'm no athlete, and I've got a long way to go, will I still be considered?

Many people think that in order to be accepted into the coaching programme, they have to be exceptionally athletic or an already seasoned exerciser. This isn't the case.

If you can listen, learn, and follow through, then you are a prime candidate for the programme.

I'm looking for motivated people who have a burning desire to see their goals become reality. People who understand the enormous value of working closely with a professional coach, and are willing to be led, step-by-step, to where they want to go.
