SPINNGINGFIELDS new Pop-up Village on The Avenue is open.
The space in front of the entrance to The Oast House, is now a temporary home for a range of fashion and food retailers.
Fashion jewellery boutique Glamourised – a favourite of TOWIE’s Chloe, designer thermals and après ski wear retailer Blingy Piste Star and Manchester cupcakery, Hey Little Cupcake! are a few of the brands to have set up shop.
All three retailers have taken 140 sq ft and are open for seven weeks. Glamourised and Blingy Piste Star are selling a selection of handpicked stock, currently only available online.
The Hey Little Cupcake! Pop-up shop is the cupcakery’s second location within Spinningfields. They’ve created a gingerbread house serving up a selection of sweet festive treats.
Michael Ingall, Allied London Chief Executive, said: “With the Pop-up Village we are taking a growing concept and offering independent retailers the chance to dip their toe in the Manchester market without the complexities and financial constraints of a long lease.

“The concept will enhance our existing fashion offer on The Avenue, which includes luxury brands Armani, Flannels, Mulberry, Oliver Sweeney and Calvin Klein amongst others.
“What it means for Manchester is an eclectic and constantly changing mix of fashion and food brands unavailable elsewhere in the city and in some cases the UK.”
