LeanCombat
Is an empowering cardio class where you are totally unleashed. This energetic session is inspired by martial arts and comes from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Tai.
Supported by pumping music and an inspiring instructor, you punch, kick and sweat your way through this session.
Type: High intensity, martial arts-based cardio
Results: Tones and shapes. Increases strength and endurance.
LeanBodyBurn
This class are ideal for those wishing to give more definition to the notoriously hard-to-tone areas of abs, legs and glutes.
In LeanBodyBurn you will use proven techniques to work and sculpt these areas.
With an emphasis on good technique and repetition, the exercises in these classes can help you to tighten your middle region, with great results when done regularly.
This class is suitable for all ages, sizes, shapes and fitness levels.
Be prepared to feel the burn!
LeanHIIT
This is a time-driven session using Interval Training with a range of functional equipment at our disposal. You will hit every area of your body, while your coach will monitor both working times and also, importantly, your recovery times.
Included in LeanHIIT are running drills, boxing drills, suspention training, kettle bells and more.
LeanAccelerator
These classes are a mixture of bodyweight movements and high intensity intervals to shed body fat and improve muscle tone faster.
We use cutting-edge personal training methods. This class will dramatically improve your fitness and energy levels.
LeanSpartan
Interval style class using more unconventional training methods and equipment. Be prepared to lift, pull, push, twist and jump your way through this class.

WeekendWarrior
These classes are aimed at members who can't make the studio through the week. They will be High Intesity Interval style, combining bodyweight metebolic movements, cardio drills and equipment-based functional exercises.
