EVEN if you have never seen The Killing you know about The Sweater. This jumper has a life of it’s own. It even has its own Facebook page. Sarah Lund’s now infamous knitwear has been the subject of endless water cooler conversations and even more internet conversations.

You can purchase a snowflake sweater from the same designers that made Sarah Lund’s or if you are crafty you can knit your very own. It’s hard to remember a garment since Jennifer Lopez’s iconic down-to-there Versace number getting so much press.

We won’t argue with the cosiness of this jumper – it’s a 10/10 on that front, but it’s not exactly what we want to see you wearing propped up at the champagne bar at the St Pancras Grand.

Flash forward to season two and we’re seeing red, lots of it. And we likey. It’s right on trend and looks good on both guys and girls. Here are our picks of the season’s best.
